So, this is the vehicle that drives around the city while mixing the cement and looking a little bit scary every time it turns ... here it looks rather cute to be honest. The white color is a good idea and it looks really good with this cherry red, don't You think so? If You are totally against red then tbh any color would look good with white, so You can design it as You like. But if You need some cement then just start building this truck here and it's all Yours.
