Fear the Penguin ... it is not the scariest name out there but Oswald Cobblepot plays it off really well. Hand to hand combat is Penguins specialty, so if You want to stay clear of him then keep the distance. So, what do You think of this Penguin here? The purple suit he is wearing is looking rather cute but the smirk on his face will keep the people off for sure. But here he is totally harmless, so if You are interested in him then start building :)
