Never in my life have I ever wanted to become a guild so much. First of all power I have when I become one and of course guild houses. You know what I am talking about, don't You? Like this house here - huge, detailed, unique and beautiful. This house is so roomy, I wonder how many people can it fit and I sure hope there are some beds somewhere in this building but since it is so big then You can design it as You like, just make it look cool enough and have fun :)
