Can You imagine what would it be like to own a real courtyard? I mean once You build it ,it is all Yours, nobody can enter it or even see it because it is surrounded by walls. Private much. This Medieval courtyard is for castles, but well You can build it anywhere really. It is pretty roomy and I think I can see everything: hay bales, chests, a bit of nature, a tiny house ... I bet it would be a cool place to hang out when You are bored or just want to do something.
