I would say that this house is pretty modest compared to the other suburban quartz houses here in Grabcraft. It's that kind of a house that is owned by an ordinary neighbor who doesn't like to brag with his property. So it's one of the houses in the neighborhood that's just inevitable. Do You see my point?
