Have You ever spawned Withers? It is a pretty hard work and it takes some time ... I feel like building a statue is much more pleasant thing to do and it won't shoot the skulls at the players. The statue here is a really nice one actually. It looks like the real thing, huh? So, I bet it would look good in Your Minecraft village or anywhere You would place it ... a little bit scary but a nice boss mob statue.
